Why Red?
Red stands out in a crowd, especially in an event.
We need that prominence whenever someone requires medical attention, or wherever crowd control authority is critical.
Our first few events back in 2012 had no uniforms. But hey, most folks had a red shirt lying around somewhere. Our original name, The Red Committee, was way too long. The 'comm' in Redcomm is really just 'committee' truncated.
Redcomm only takes in mountain bikers. As mountain bikers, we're able to manage all race course locations, from open roads to dense forests.
